Purposeful Partner Coaching

This class helps the coach learn how to coach someone to find their Purposeful Partner.  At the end of the class, participants can expect to know:

• A process to coach a client using the Purposeful Partner worksheets
  
• How to use the Core Competencies to deepen the conversation
  for clients around who would be a Purposeful Partner for them.

This class is asynchronous:  you can take it on your own time via the online module.  When you complete the module, you take the quiz to ensure you understand the concepts that were presented.  Once you pass the quiz, you will do the final project:  try this coaching on two people and write up the results.  Send these results to Diane Ingram, and you will receive 2 hours of Independent Study credits if you are a student, or a Certificate for 2 CCEs if you are a coach.
