In this course, you will:

  • Determine your target market based upon the impact you want to make in the world.
  • Identify your core marketing message.
  • Define your brand elements, including logo and colors.
  • Streamline the client flow, moving prospects to raving fans.
  • Develop flexible business processes 
  • Start your new business plan.
Course Format: Structure, Support, and Mentorship

This is a semi-asynchronous class totaling 13 hours. Our unique structure is designed for both flexibility and dedicated professional support.

  • Instructor Mentorship: The Instructor provides teaching, guidance, and mentorship by attending Pod Meetings 1, 5, and the final meeting, as well as the final Class presentation meeting.
  • Weekly Pod Meetings (7 Hours): The core of the program is 7 weekly meetings with your small Pod of classmates (typically no more than 6 people). This format provides continuous peer support, shared insight, and accountability
  • Self-Paced Learning (6 Hours): 6 hours are completed on your own time, listening to class recordings and completing homework.
  • Module Release: A new module is posted each Friday. We expect you to listen to the recording before your weekly Pod meeting.

Course Schedule

The class is offered in the Winter 2026 cohort.

  • Start Date: The first class begins on Friday, January 9, 2026.
  • Pod Meetings: Weekly Pod meetings start the following week.

Cost

Students: Free
Radiance Coaches: $350

Guests: $750

Education/Independent Study Hours

Certified and Credentialed Coaches will receive 13 Education Hours, which is sufficient towards your next renewal or credential for attending.
Radiance Students will receive 13 Independent Study hours towards their education requirements.

Note: If you are unable to attend a class, you will need to watch the recording and share with the educator what you learned and how you will apply it in order to get credit for the class.
