Come join Radiance students and coaches, experience community and sharpen your coaching skills all at the same time! Certified coaches earn 1.5 CCEs, students get credit towards your Independent Learning requirement!  

Here's what Kaan Aksu, MCC, our facilitator, had to say about Peer Coaching: “Coaching is a form of Art. We get to express our own style, observe, learn and grow through the shared experience in a totally safe, supportive and energizing environment".

• Coaches get to practice coaching in a safe environment.
• Clients get to have an issue coached.
• Observers get to learn by watching someone coach.
• And we get to be in community!
• And it is all confidential.

We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month to practice coaching in a safe, supportive learning environment.
