Neal Henderson is a highly accomplished team development specialist, executive coach, and coach supervisor with over 7 years of experience guiding complex project teams to enhance leadership cultures, employee engagement, and product delivery. A retired Navy Master Chief Petty Officer with a distinguished 28-year career, Neal is a service-disabled veteran who specializes in leadership transformation, team performance, and personal growth. He holds a Professional Certified Coach credential, an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching, an MS in Organizational Development, and a diploma in coaching supervision. Passionate about empowering others, Neal brings integrity, a growth mindset, and proven expertise to every opportunity.
Experience Highlights
I am grateful for the opportunities to contribute in diverse capacities throughout my career. Since 2014, I have been a professional Executive Leadership and Team Coach, earning the International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching credentials. My work has focused on partnering with project management teams tasked with maintaining and modernizing U.S. Navy aircraft carriers and submarines, transforming leadership cultures while enhancing team leadership capabilities.

A core value of mine is contributing to my community by sharing knowledge. Recently, I earned my Coach Supervision accreditation and began supporting coaches on their journey to mastery. During my Navy career, I led increasingly larger, more complex teams through organizational and cultural changes, achieving mission-critical goals by mentoring and coaching Sailors to enable their personal and professional growth.

Outside the professional realm, I am an avid rugby coach with experience coaching men’s, women’s, and youth teams, fostering teamwork, discipline, and resilience on and off the field.
