Are you looking for education hours for credentialing or renewal? As part of our Level 2 Accreditation program, Radiance offers several courses and monthly webinars to support your continued growth as a coach!

Asynchronous courses you can take on your own time.
Semi-asynchronous courses taken with a 'pod' of like-minded coaches on a schedule.
Monthly Illuminations: 90-minute webinars that introduce new concepts or techniques with space to practice them.

Asynchronous and Semi-Asynchronous Courses

Asynchronous courses are self-directed online courses that you take on your own time. Most of them have quizzes after each module to ensure understanding, and all of them include a final project you submit for review by an instructor.

Career Coaching: 3 hours
Purposeful Partner Coaching: 2 hours
Purposeful Prosperity Coaching: 3 hours
Time and Energy Management Coaching: 2 hours
PRISM Teams: Introduction to Team Coaching. 6 hours
The Coach as Entrepreneur: How to kick-start your coaching business. 13 hours, and is semi-asynchronous. Next class will start January 2025.
