Coach Mentoring

Coach mentoring is a crucial support to coaches, helping them achieve their coaching potential.   

According to ICF, coach mentoring:

"...helps coaches enhance their competence and capabilities, align with professional standards, and develop their unique coaching style." 

At least 10 hours of mentoring is required by ICF for:

• Applying for your first credential
• Applying for your next higher credential
• Renewing your ACC

Of those 10 hours, at least 3 must be in individual meetings with your mentor.
