I want to live in a world where everyone sees their own brilliance and is treasured for who they really are. My passion for inspiring, empowering and educating people was grown through thirty plus years in the Human Services field. I have worked with diverse populations in both the public and private sectors. As a change champion, I’m recognized for my ability to move individuals and organizations through transitions positively, manage resistance and embrace change. In partnership with my husband, I co-founded a corporation that operated an award-winning tour business, Ogopogo Tours, that provided the “best tour ever” by being unique, boutique, inclusive and sustainable.

I believe:

• everyone is brilliant and is capable of shining.
• change begins from the inside with one person at a time.
• anything is possible.
• a random act of kindness can alter the course of someone’s life... significantly.

My calm, yet challenging style creates a safe and supportive place to be nudged out of your comfort zone to express yourself and identify what needs to happen to activate change.
