What I offer:

Virtual coach education for those who wish to become the best coaches they can be.  I offer the following training:

• The Level Two 130+ Hour Radiance Coach Certification Program
• Coach Mentor Training, a 23 hour course to train experienced coaches to become impactful mentors
• The MCC Mastery Class, a 23 hour course to help high-level PCCs attain the MCC level of coaching

My Training Philosophy:

I am passionate about the profession of coaching, feeling that coaches make a difference in the world in an exponential fashion. Much like dropping a pebble in a pond, a coach’s impact ripples far beyond that coach, through his or her clients to each person that client touches. Following a long-standing tradition of coaching with spirit, I train coaches to find that within themselves that authentically and with great joy touches others and enhances their life journeys. My classes explore the ICF Coaching Competencies at great depth to enable coaches to develop a strong basis for starting their practice and continuing their learning. I love to see new coaches blossom into confident and caring explorers, ready to contribute to what is amazing and wonderful in this world!
