Carol Harris-Fike, PCC Accredited Coach Supervisor Carol completed a year-long study of Coaching Supervision with the Coaching Supervision Academy in 2020-2021. She has been offering Super-Vision to individuals and groups for over 4 years. Carol believes in the EMCC definition of Coaching Supervision: A safe space for reflective dialogue with a practicing supervisor, supporting the supervisee's practice, development, and well-being.
