This was a tremendous eye-opening experience for her. The topic areas studied were broad and deep. The techniques for supervision are fun and interesting. Dr. Theodora has had to privilege to experience the magic of supervision with coaches and supervisors individually and in groups for more than five years. She finds there is always something to learn for all who participate. Carol Harris-Fike, PCC Accredited Coach Supervisor Carol completed a year-long study of Coaching Supervision with the Coaching Supervision Academy in 2020-2021. She has been offering Super-Vision to individuals and groups for over 4 years. Carol believes in the EMCC definition of Coaching Supervision: A safe space for reflective dialogue with a practicing supervisor, supporting the supervisee's practice, development, and well-being. Carol has been an ontological coach for 20 years and maintains a PCC with ICF. She also mentors beginning and experienced coaches and is an ICF PCC Certification Assessor for 3 coaching schools. Carol's passion is working with clients worldwide to support their well-being in life and in their work. She knows that our coaching presence supports how we coach which is the main goal of supervision. Since obtaining my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation in 2018, I have actively pursued advanced certifications and specialized training, establishing myself as a frontrunner in team coaching and supervision. Notably, achieving the inaugural Advanced Certification in Team Coaching from the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2023 highlights my steadfast commitment to mastering the intricacies of team dynamics. Furthermore, my recent diploma in coach supervision from the International Center for Coaching Supervision (ICCS) in 2023, along with targeted training in supervising Team Coaches, underscores my resolve to refine supervisory skills tailored to the unique challenges of team coaching contexts. With over seven years of experience as an internal coach, I am deeply involved in coaching large and complex industrial maintenance teams, while also providing supervision to a team of eight other coaches. My influence extends beyond individual transformation, as I actively facilitate organizational alignment and guide transformative change processes. Informed by my profound experiences in the Navy, Marine Corps, and coaching rugby teams at various levels, my coaching and supervisory approach is characterized by resilience, adaptability, and a profound commitment to teamwork.
