Who we are

Radiance Partners, LLC was established in March 2021. Its founders have been active in the coaching profession since 2005 and have educated coaches through ICF-accredited Level 1 and Level 2 coach certification programs since 2013. They are known for their deep understanding of the ICF Core Competencies and their dedication to supporting positive transformation in the world.

Our work integrates the wisdom of modern neuroscience with Radiance’s transformational foundation, honoring both the science of coaching and the human capacity for meaningful change.

We are known for our deep devotion to the ICF Core Competencies and for our ongoing contributions to the coaching profession through teaching, writing, and global thought leadership. This includes a partner’s contribution to the ICF Coaching Book of Knowledge and to the ICF Exam Study Systems that support coaches around the world in achieving credentialing excellence.

As a boutique Coach Education Organization with ICF-accredited programs, Radiance prepares coaches to step forward with confidence, presence, and purpose. Together with individuals and organizations, we spark courageous growth, awaken possibility, and help create positive transformation that ripples outward to touch the heart of the world.
