We are delighted to offer Radiance’s new 41-hour Mentor Coach education program. It is designed for coaches with no prior coach mentoring experience who are seeking to fulfill the educational requirements for the ICF Mentor Coaching Specialization (MCS) through the Standard Pathway. PCM Program StructurePCM is a highly interactive, personal program designed to help you:
This is a distance-learning program, delivered through 7 weekly 3-hour online classes. You will dialogue with an MCC Coach Trainer about what it takes to become a successful Coach Mentor, as well as practice what you’re learning. All classes are recorded, so if you are unable to attend a particular class, you can watch the recording and discuss with your trainer to keep current. The program is aligned with the 2024 ICF Mentor Coaching Competencies and the 2027 MCS Requirements. It includes:
